What's your color story? Each of our unique five bedrooms comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Our home is located in an amenity-rich gated community with three lakes, a swimming pool, tennis & volleyball courts, playgrounds, and more! It is also a short drive away from downtown Stroudsburg, water parks, ski resorts, and other Pocono attractions. Our home is equipped with Fast-Wi-Fi, AC, EV charging, and is pet friendly! The primary suite with a king-size bed boasts direct deck access and an en-suite bath. A second primary bedroom boasts an en-suite bath. The other bedrooms also have ample space with either king or queen bunk beds. The game rooms featuring arcade games, multiple game tables, stylish design, and are the perfect space for kids and adults alike that they’ll never want to leave. The screened porch is brilliantly designed, holding one of the two dining tables of the house, with a connection to both the kitchen and rear patio. You can relax in any of the numerous areas of the house, including the under-deck spa retreat. Our backyard hosts a Firepit, BBQ Griddle, patio furniture, hot tub, barrel sauna sauna, disc golf, and giant outdoor games. What else could you ask for? Two skylights and a lofted ceiling give this grand space great lighting and and ethereal presence. Children's Room Enter the lofted children's room, and you'll be enamored by our classic arcade table, roll score, and craft and activity table with tuck-away seating that’s the perfect size for kids. The kids that never want to leave don’t have to as this room also has a twin-bed! Adult Game Room Get excited for a night of fun and nostalgia! The lower game room boasts a full-size 3-in-1 table that switches between pool, ping-ping, and air hockey. Add some Vegas to your game night with the wheel of Fortune casino-cade. Compete with your friends in multiple board games or dominate them at ring-toss or shuffleboard. Belt out your favorite tunes on the karaoke machine (tip: mirror the phone display to the TV). Other Details to Note
The home is located within a gated community, and guests must register to receive access. The township regulates occupancy to 12 people (excluding infants under 2) and onsite vehicles to 6 (additional off-site parking may be available). The community pool and lake are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and require amenity badges for access. Please see the house rules for more information.

Guest Access
Your private home awaits in this quiet, gated community. Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding landscape. Please be respectful of our neighbors who have young children. You can enjoy the entire space with easy access through the front door, which is equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive. TVs are available in all bedrooms the living room, and the game room. Use your streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, and bring your own logins. Please don't forget to log out at the end of your stay. For your safety, there are three exterior cameras located outside the property. There are NO indoor cameras. A fire extinguisher is located on each level. First aid kits are located in each bathroom.
