This 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and located in the amenity-rich gated community of Penn Estates. It is 15 minutes away from downtown Stroudsburg, water parks, ski resorts, and steps away from one of the community's multiple private lakes with beach access. Our home is equipped with Fast-Wi-Fi, AC, EV charging, and is pet friendly! The primary suite with a king-size bed boasts a private deck and en-suite bath. The other bedrooms also have ample space with either king or double queen beds. The bunk bedroom is the perfect space for kids, adjacent to the game room they’ll never want to leave. The screened porch is brilliantly designed, holding one of the two dining tables of the house, in addition to a reading nook with a swing. You can relax in any of the numerous areas of the house, including the wellness area, the multiple decks, and the backyard space. Other Details to Note
The home is located within a gated community, and guests must register to receive access. The township regulates occupancy to 12 people (excluding infants under 2) and onsite vehicles to 4 (additional off-site parking may be available). The community pool and lake are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and require amenity badges for access. Please see the house rules for more information.

Guest Access
Your private home awaits in this quiet, gated community. Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding landscape. Please be respectful of our neighbors who have young children. You can enjoy the entire space with easy access through the front door, equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive. TVs are available in all bedrooms the living room, and game room. Use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and bring your own logins. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay. A Peleton is available in the basement wellness area. Use your own Peleton subscription to track your progress. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay. For your safety, there are three exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras. A fire extinguisher is located on each level. First aid kits are located in each bathroom.
